Disinfect in hypo, 60 s
Fill the channels with hypochlorite (sized for a 2:1 volume ratio) and leave up to 6 cones for 60 seconds. Try the timer:
Shape, cut, obturate
Pre-curve in a curved channel (hold 10 s), then cut a 30/.06 cone flush to get an exact #40–#90 tip. Check length on the 25 mm ruler and go.
